Why B Corp?
If you’ve followed our journey to certification, you’ll know we’ve shared what B Corp is and why it matters.
But for us, the decision to go for certification came down to this: we already believed in the values behind it. We didn’t do it to “look good.” We did it to hold ourselves to a higher standard and to keep raising that bar.
A triple-digit commitment.
The average score for ordinary companies who complete the B Impact Assessment is 50.9, with a score of 80 needed to qualify as a B Corp. We scored 102.1 - more than double the average company score.
Triple digits. Triple the commitment.
It’s something we’re proud of. But it’s also just a moment in time. Because at the heart of B Corp is a promise to keep improving.
The standards are changing - and rightly so. As the world evolves, so must we. With B Lab’s new framework for lasting business impact, we’re committed to holding ourselves to a higher standard, every day.
How we got here.
Over the past year, we’ve looked at every corner of our business; from governance to community, environmental practices to how we support each other as a team.
We refined our policies. Reassessed our supply chain. Measured our impact. Had honest conversations about where we could do better - and then made it happen.
There’s no one-size-fits-all roadmap. But for us, it was about aligning our actions with our intentions. And doing it as a team.

What’s next?
B Corp certification isn’t the end of the road.
In three years, we’ll be reassessed. But we’re not waiting for that deadline to raise our game. As a full-service marketing agency, our work already has reach. With that comes responsibility. So we’re building with conscience and delivering creative that not only performs, but matters. Whether it’s choosing more ethical suppliers, reducing our environmental footprint, or simply asking better questions, we’re already on it.
