You would be working with the Development and Accounts teams to develop solutions in the form of web-based systems, web applications, websites, APIs, apps, widgets and other digital requirements for internal and external clients.
This will include research and development of specific solutions to technological challenges and keeping up-to-date skills in modern practices so that consultancy can be provided to clients and internal teams.
Ideally, you’ll have at least 3 years’ experience with n-tier development in C# .NET 3.5+, .NET Core and extensive experience of Content Management Systems.
You’ll be able to provide examples of ASP.NET sites you’ve developed, explain the rationale behind architectural decisions and display experience of web site deployment using Windows Server 2012+.
Experience of creating and maintaining databases in Microsoft SQL Server (2008 or above) is a must, along with a working knowledge of stored procedures. Confidence in producing clean, accessible HTML and CSS/LESS/SASS whilst harnessing other technologies where applicable (e.g. jQuery, Angular, React, Web APIs etc) is an essential element to the continued production of exciting, usable web projects at h2o.
Although a relevant degree-level qualification will be an advantage, actual industry work experience, preferably in a marketing agency or new media company, matters just as much and will be taken into account.
What we’d like you to have:
