It started in 2011 with a shared drive to deliver impact. 

 

One project with Harley-Davidson®, an iconic motorcycle brand with a devoted global following, grew into a partnership built on trust, creativity and shared ambition.

We managed the annual European dealer buying event and produced The Big Book, a five-language catalogue that helped riders personalise their bikes. As our role expanded, we created digital experiences that inspired exploration and purchase across apparel, parts and accessories. These experiences deepened engagement across every market.

We built a global dealer ordering system, a digital hub that simplified operations, improved efficiency and delivered measurable commercial gains worldwide. By 2022, we were at the heart of Harley-Davidson’s digital marketing ecosystem, developing campaigns and automation across 27 markets and 16 languages. Our work delivered a 101% increase in engagement, 831% ROI and email open rates rising from 22% to 43%.
