It began with a single brief to raise awareness and drive demand. Success built trust, and soon we were helping Unipart tell their story from the inside out. 

 

Unipart is a global leader in supply chain performance improvement helping businesses design, manufacture and optimise their operations, systems and components to keep them running smoothly.

Through ‘Grapevine’, an internal video series designed to connect global teams across factories, offices and sites, we helped strengthen engagement and alignment across the business. That sense of clarity and connection became the foundation for everything that followed. 

Together we created agile, scalable, rapid turnaround digital platforms that redefined how Unipart learnt and collaborated. From ‘The Unipart Way Online’, a platform where employees gained knowledge and developed skills through structured learning paths, to ‘Spark’, a bespoke enterprise-level social networking platform, these solutions increased employee engagement, accelerated skill development, and provided valuable insights into workforce progress; giving the client measurable data where none had existed before.

We designed experiences that brought their brand to life, from exclusive customer events at venues such as the Ashmolean Museum to international exhibition stands that showcased Unipart’s innovation and expertise.

Fifteen years on, Unipart and h2o continue to move forward together, most recently through the creation of a brand design system led by our Creative Director, evolving Unipart’s corporate identity and guidelines to help reposition the business for future growth.
