We developed a core style for printed quarterly communications that would help build brand recognition for customers. Each edition showcased individual product ranges, applications and their benefits and value. Through data insights, we targeted customers with segmented messages based on previous behaviours. We also managed the development of 21 language versions.
The initial programme proved so successful that it’s now been rolled out as part of Essentra’s business-as-usual activity. The creative themes are also being used in other campaigns across all regions.
