G-Smatt: Manufacturers of smart media glass founded in Seoul, South Korea

G-Smatt media facade glass and structures provide an innovative way to interact with and influence your audiences. It’s the perfect canvas for the imagination for architects, interior designers and event planners.

Challenge:

  • Distinct audiences to reach and engage: architects, event organisers and interior designers
  • Complex technological solutions to convey
  • Complete lack of awareness and the need to create a viable sales pipeline

Solution:

We researched competitors and core market drivers. From our findings, we developed the value proposition and areas of differentiation which would resonate with target audiences. We then created a strategic positioning framework, based on market drivers and G-Smatt’s USPs. We also developed new branding and collateral, plus arranged and managed G-Smatt’s launch event, press and follow up.

Results:

G-Smatt’s successful launch brought them local and national press coverage, along with attention from their target markets. Awareness among prospects has increased significantly, and G-Smatt is following up a number of qualified opportunities with a sales pipeline in excess of £2m.
