Harley-Davidson is a legendary brand around the world. With regional markets spending millions on parts, accessories and MotorClothes™ throughout the year, they asked us to improve the ordering process, increasing customer and dealer experience and engagement.

We designed and created a bespoke online ordering system with a fully responsive UI for the client’s needs, replacing a number of costly systems. This new global process has increased orders significantly and rolled out across all regions.
Results:
The online ordering tool has proven so successful that the client has now expanded it to 75 countries, encompassing 1352 dealers. In two months during the show ordering window, the tool has handled 3223 baskets, totalling 424,442 product orders. That’s 25,301,480 requests served.
