Unipart Innotrans 2018

Unipart Rail works globally to solve the challenges of the rail industry across the asset lifecycle, by working collaboratively with partners to deliver technology and supply chain solutions that improve performance, reduce risk and optimise cost.

Challenge:

  • Create a modern high-tech 9m x 11m exhibition stand at Innotrans in Berlin
  • Deliver 3 enclosed meeting rooms, VR demonstration, product and reception areas
  • Design and install infographics around the stand
  • Install and breakdown so various elements could be reused
  • Work within a tight per square metre budget

Solution:

We designed the space to allow for 3 meeting rooms that could accommodate 10, 8 and 6 people as the show is used to meet new clients at pre-organised meetings. This restricted the remaining space, but we were still able to accommodate a 3m square Virtual reality area, reception and poser tables and a product area incorporating a totem that had feature infographics installed as well giving the stand brand visibility from a distance.

 

Overall we kept a clean angular look and a balance between enclosed areas and open to maintain throughput at the show.

Results:

The 2018 Innotrans show was a huge success for the client and saw a 200% increase in new business meetings which in its self justified the increase in meeting room space over more traditional product demonstration areas.
