Harley-Davidson® recognised this, striving to minimise any obstacles that might affect their ability to support their dealers, sustain sales, and keep their customers satisfied.

Standardising and streamlining the ordering process was crucial. We took all the old manual ways of working and created a clear and sophisticated platform with Ordopto, where dealers could review and order products online across 60+ markets.

The extreme pressure of order windows, where dealers purchase thousands of items in just a few minutes, further highlighted the need for a system built to handle these demands. A robust, feature-rich platform was essential.

We worked closely with the Harley-Davidson team to implement Ordopto, our tailored online ordering platform designed to streamline operations. The system replaced outdated processes with a single user-friendly solution that allows dealers to browse, review, and submit orders from any device.

With built-in flexibility, the platform could be adapted to match the needs of different regions - from product availability to market-specific pricing - and integrated seamlessly into Harley-Davidson’s internal systems.

Crucially, the platform provided real-time visibility for both dealers and internal teams, helping track orders against sales targets and giving everyone confidence in the process.
