Standardising and streamlining the ordering process was crucial. We took all the old manual ways of working and created a clear and sophisticated platform where dealers could review and order products online across 60+ markets.
In addition to this, the extreme pressure of order windows, where dealers purchase thousands of items in just a few minutes, further underscored the importance of a system that’s up to the task. We knew it was essential for the system to be robust, feature-rich and capable of handling such intense demands.
The bespoke ordering tool made it super simple for dealers to get what they wanted from their own devices at a click of a button. And it gave the in-house team complete real-time visibility of open and submitted orders so they could easily match real performance against sales targets. All of this seamlessly integrated with H-D’s internal systems to enable effortless access and management from both dealers and internal stakeholders.
Completely bespoke to Harley-Davidson, the ordering tool can be updated with new features and tools that support the sales process and tailored incentives.
